Return Window

30 days from delivery. That's it.


Condition Requirements

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. We can't accept returns on opened grooming products for hygiene reasons. If the seal is broken, the product isn't eligible for return unless it's defective.


How to Initiate a Return

Email support@vyrk.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. You cover return shipping unless we sent you something wrong or defective.


Refund Timeline

We inspect returns and process refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Exchanges

Want a different product? Email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll sort it out.


Defective Items

Received something that doesn't work? Contact us at support@vyrk.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call.
